Canada Post has raised prices on Lettermail and Letter-post mail. The average increase is about 8%. For example, mail weighing:
- under 30g now costs $0.99
- reduced to $0.98 if paid by postage meter or if mailing over 1000 pieces (with paperwork)
- over 30g and up to 50g now costs $1.40
- reduced to $1.39 if mailing over 1000 pieces (with paperwork)
